Secretary (Executive Director)
Susan Li is an experienced social worker and has been working in the community since 2013. She is familiar with community resources and has established good relationships with local communities. She mainly helps new immigrants to fill out various application forms and organizes many social and educational activities for seniors, women, and children in GTA. She is one of the builders of the CEFS Centre.
Lily Lin
Treasurer
Lily Lin is an enthusiastic volunteer who has been helping to organize online events and various workshops for the CEFS Centre. Currently she is volunteering to manage the bookkeeping and financial matters of the CEFS Centre.
XiuQin Bian
Board Director
Before retiring, Mrs. Bian used to be a well-known theatre actress. After settling in Canada in 2011, she has been passionate about community work, helping various communities with volunteer performances and organizing activities for seniors in the CEFS community. She is one of the founders of the CEFS Centre.
HanLing Yu
Board Director
Hanling Yu is familiar with community services and good at community outreach. She has been supporting many organizations and social agencies as a volunteer for the past 8 years. Currently, she mainly supports CEFS Centre’s senior recreational and children programs.
